1. Acceptance of Terms

If you use Iochek on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Service Description
Iochek provides API access to security, validation, and network intelligence capabilities.
The service may include: - API endpoints, dashboards, and account controls - usage analytics, logs, and monitoring features - documentation and release updates
Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as we evolve the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You must: - provide accurate registration information - protect API tokens, passwords, and MFA factors - promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with platform integrity.
Prohibited behaviors include: - attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls - abusive traffic, exploit attempts, or malicious payloads - automated scraping of private interfaces or unauthorized data extraction - unlawful or rights-infringing use of outputs
5. Availability
We aim for high availability and resilient operations, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Scheduled maintenance, incident response, third-party outages, or emergency mitigation may temporarily affect availability or performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Iochek is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iochek and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.
When material changes occur, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice.
Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
